Aberdeenshire Council has a variety of venues and spaces that individuals, groups, and clubs can book for one-off events and activities or regular repeat hires.
Hire requests can now be made for hires that run from 18th August 2026 until 17th August 2027. We ask for a minimum of 28 days’ notice for any new hire applications. You may receive approval before this, however, please do not chase the progress of your application until the 28 days have passed.

Supporting documentation applicable to your hire must be submitted 14 days from submission of your hire form. You will receive details on how to submit your documentation following the submission of your hire request.

The process for the booking of fixture slots differs slightly from the process of block training bookings.
Applications for individual weekly fixtures are processed in a much swifter time frame to allow quick notification of availability to enable clubs to make alternative arrangements should their preferred venue not be available.
