This cardio-based class will focus on improving your overall strength and endurance by working through intervals of intensity and recovery. Ranging from Easy-movers Group Cycle to Maxi Movers Group cycle
Things to remember when visiting our facility
- Our card machine is currently broken we are working with ICT to resolve this (4th May 2021)
- Please wear face mask when entering the building
- Restrictions are in place to ensure social distancing
- Customers must pre book and pay online - If you have difficulties doing this, you can phone (01467 532929) and book and pay on site with a debit card.
