Timetable Information

Things to remember when visiting our facility

  • Please wear face mask when entering the building
  • Customers must pre book and pay online. If you have difficulties doing this, you can phone (01467 532929) and book and pay on site with a debit card
  • Cubicles will be allocated on arrival
  • Restrictions are in place to ensure social distancing
  • Deep end tanks are for swimmers who are level 5 and above and can pass a competency swim test
  • Non-swimmers must book a shallow tank as deep end tanks are unsuitable
  • Fraserburgh Swimming Pool has a full range of disability access for our customers. We have a poolside hoist and also a changing bench and hoist in our dedicated disabled changing room.  If you would like more information please call (01467 532929) and they will ask a facility staff member to get in touch with you to talk you through what we have

Book a session

Fast Lane Swim

Suitable for individuals to swim lengths of the swimming pool at a fast pace. Direction of flow signs must be followed (NB. Please choose appropriate lane when booking)

Medium Lane Swim

Suitable for individuals to swim lengths of the swimming pool at a medium pace. Direction of flow signs must be followed (NB. Please choose appropriate lane when booking)

Slow Lane Swim

Suitable for individuals to swim lengths of the swimming pool at a slow pace. Direction of flow signs must be followed (NB. Please choose appropriate lane when booking)

Large Tank- Shallow

Swimming pool is split to create tanks within the pool. This tank will be in shallow water. Suitable for a family of 2 adults and up to 3 children (NB. Please choose appropriate tank depth when booking.)

Large Tank - Middle Depth

Swimming pool is split to create tanks within the pool. This tank will be in middle depth water. Suitable for a family of 2 adults and up to 3 children (NB. Please choose appropriate tank depth when booking.)

Large Tank- Deep

Swimming pool is split to create tanks within the pool. This tank will be in deep water. Suitable for a family of 2 adults and up to 3 children (NB. Please choose appropriate tank depth when booking.)

Small Tank- Shallow

Swimming pool is split to create tanks within the pool. This tank will be in shallow water. Suitable for a family of 1 adult and up to 2 children (NB. Please choose appropriate tank depth when booking.)

Small Tank- Middle Depth

Swimming pool is split to create tanks within the pool. This tank will be in middle depth water. Suitable for a family of 1 adult and up to 2 children (NB. Please choose appropriate tank depth when booking.)

Small Tank- Deep

Swimming pool is split to create tanks within the pool. This tank will be in Deep water. Suitable for a family of 1 adult and up to 2 children (NB. Please choose appropriate tank depth when booking.)

Adult and Under 6 Tank

Swimming pool is split into width tanks and of a shallow depth only. Suitable for 1 adult and 1 Under 6-Year-Old

8-11 yr old Swim Session

This is an open social swimming session which is suitable for 8-11 year olds.

Bootcamp (currently outdoor)

A class that is suitable for all, that uses multiple stations focusing on a wide range of muscle groups and training principles to give you a great calorie-busting workout. (45 mins)

Fit to Walk 

Paths for All - Fit to Walk is a short walk (up to half an hour) often incorporating some simple strength & balance exercises. Ideal for people who are inactive and looking to build confidence and ability in walking (free at delivery)

Buggy Walks

Paths for All - Buggy Walks are a fun way for mums, dads, grandparents, and carers to meet new people, chat and share experiences on a safe and welcoming walk led by trained walk leaders (free at delivery)

20/20 

This class is suitable for all and will consist of 20 minutes of activities to improve your cardiovascular fitness, followed by 20 minutes of strength and conditioning activities

Kettles

This class uses Kettlebell weights and body weight with exercises to improve overall strength, core, balance, co-ordination, and flexibility

Open Public Gym 

Open public session for individuals to book into if they have previously undertaken a gym induction and they want to focus on improving muscular strength & toning
