Grampian Wellbeing Festival 1st to 31st May

The Grampian Wellbeing Festival is an annual event that brings together community activity and events to promote wellbeing for all and support Mental Health.

The festival programme will run over the month of May and will bring together a variety of events and activities for all ages.

Do you enjoy walking and talking? Join us at one of our short, low-level, social walks led by trained volunteers.

Healthy Meals on a Budget

We have two food themed activities taking place, one in Inverurie and the other in Peterhead. At both sessions you will find out about how to create scrumptious and healthy meals on a budget and so much more.

Bookbug Sessions

Join in one of our toothy-themed Bookbug sessions attended by a member of the NHS Childsmile team. Childsmile will be available at the end of the session to give advice and guidance on toothbrushing, dentist visits and will also be handing out toothbrushing packs.

Knowledge Exchange Cafe

Join Professor Entwistle and Doctor Riley from Aberdeen University for a fascinating insight into the environmental impact of funerals.

The sessions will lead to discussion and stimulating conversation from the research conducted by Professor Entwistle and Doctor Riley, including the sharing of case studies they have completed.

Walk and Create

Join us on Thursday, 23rd May between 10am and 12noon as we launch the wander buddy service in Banff and Macduff.

Come along for talks, information sharing, networking and partner displays followed by an optional gentle walk to the vinery (refreshments provided)
