Walking is one of the most accessible ways to stay active. This is the last week of National Walking Month and we challenge you to take our 5 in 5 challenge.  You can either walk or run 5k a day, complete 5 walks or watch 5 of our virtual walks – our latest video is along the beach in Stonehaven towards the harbour area, taking in the popular sculptures along the boardwalk
