We answer some of our most frequently asked questions below. If you need further information please Contact us

What types of programmes are contained within the Easter Holiday Programme and how can I book?

We have several strands to our Easter Holiday programme:

Multi-Sports and Junior Sports sessions

These can only be booked through the website or app using your child's account details. If you attempt to book as an adult, the session will appear to be full.

When bookings go live you will be able to select your chosen date. Your child must be registered with our booking system to make a booking. New customers can register here: New Customer Registration

Where is my child's session held?

Further information on exact locations will be sent by email, usually within 24 hours of booking.

How can I tell you about my child's requirements?

A consent form will be sent to you by email. Please complete the consent form no later than the day before your first session.

Why does everything look full?

Sessions with age restrictions will appear full if you are logged in as an adult. Log in using the child's account to see available spaces. We need the child to be logged in so that we have the correct information about age, support needs, photo consent and emergency contacts.

Family sports sessions at our sports facilities

During the holidays we'll be adding extra family sessions to our usual timetable. These include swimming and sports court sessions as well as tubing and ski activities based in our ski centres.  Details can be found on our online timetable on the website or app.

What times will the multi-sports sessions run?

Times vary from venue to venue. Please check our booking system for times of specific sessions.

Can my child choose the activities they do on a multi-sports session?

Our programmes are structured to bring the best out of every child and are timetabled to make the most of the facilities, the group dynamics and of course, the weather. Our experienced leaders know exactly how to ensure children get active whilst having lots of fun. Although children cannot choose specific activities, our range of active games means there’s lots they’ll love!

Do children enjoy activities outdoors, as well as indoors at the multi-sport sessions?

We have access to outdoor facilities at every one of our venues, we will get the children outside as much as possible (weather permitting!), so please bring shoes that are suitable both indoor and outdoor activities and appropriate clothes for the weather.

What does my child need to bring to a session?

  • Water
  • Clothing and trainers suitable for both indoor and outdoor activities

Where possible, please don’t bring:

  • Mobile phones
  • Your own sports equipment – we have plenty
  • Money
  • Valuables and non-essential jewellery

What happens if my child has an accident whilst taking part in an activity?

Bumps and scrapes happen from time to time. Each camp or session will have a first aider who can make an assessment, deliver first aid and ensure your child is OK. If a more serious incident or accident occurs, we will contact you immediately. For multi-sports and junior sports sessions it is essential that you complete a consent form in advance.

My child has a severe allergy/medical condition, can they still come to activities?

Yes. If your child has a bad allergy or a medical condition, please stipulate this on your booking form and we will do our best to accommodate the needs of your child. All medical information is confidential and attention will not be drawn to the condition.  Where necessary, details will be passed to the group coach for safety purposes.

My child has left belongings at an activity – how can I claim lost property?

We do our best to return lost items, there will be a rail at the entrance where we will hang up all lost property, please check this before leaving. Otherwise, lost property will be left at the venue for ease of collection.
